Product Squads

A product squad is a cross functional team tasked with planning and executing product initiatives for a section of your product.
Note: A common Squad formation consists of a three-pronged leadership team comprised of a lead PM, TL (Tech Lead), PD (product designer), and n number of engineers (usually between 4-8).
