Unbiased Dory

Background

This ritual comes from a resident Codan, Ben Lee, who recognized how seeing author avatars, blinking cursors, upvoting, and increasing row count can make you feel rushed. The unbiased Dory seeks to slow things down. It also serves to give all questions equal weight, no matter the author; so the CEO and the IC can both have their voices heard.
