This is another favorite from Dave Mastronardi’s . and is most useful when there are multiple options. In this Pulse, you ask the group stack rank the options.

Instructions

Copy this template
to a new doc or existing doc
Add each option in the Idea Name column.
Have each stakeholder stack rank the options. they will only be able to choose one option at each rank.
Enjoy a ranked and scored option
Pro tip: If you want to remove bias in the voting process, you can configure each reaction column to display None and hide the Score column until you are ready to discuss.
