Primarily, the PM is responsible for everything regarding a projects success outside of the actualy quality of the developed solution. Some responsibilites a PM might partake in to ensure project success are (but not limited to):
Identifying and mitigating project risks Kicking off projects and ensuring proper structure to help guide project success Identifying key miletsones in projects and ensuring advancement towards them Alignment of stakeholders both internally at client level and across simpla team-members Keeping gauge on development progress towards established timelines, and putting in plans should timelines not be met. Identifying DRI’s and subject matter experts as appropriate Change management, ensuring successful adoption of tools by end users Establishing training structures for tools rolled out Friday wrap-ups or other established rituals to support project success and positive account sentiment
