More and more integration, inclusion, agility, connectivity, competitiveness, and in general, the sustainable development of Homo Sapiens depends on our ability to manage volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Agile & lean among other learning Frameworks are key to successful enterprise transformation portfolios, programs, and projects. It is my purpose to promote these innovative management techniques, taking advantage of existing project management tools such as Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Kaizen in combination with systemic intelligence. Developing learnings, prioritizing tasks, assigning resources optimally, generating high performance teams and delivering valuable and timely results are key skills that I have nurtured and put at the service of my community.
