Each Epic/Enabler Owner will coordinate a final meeting with the Lean Portfolio Management Committee and people from Operations, to hand over operations of the Epic or Enabler.
STEP 1: Draw your Epic/Enabler from the Implementation Column into the Done Column. Do this . Make sure to include the corresponding Date. STEP 2: Post action to Relevant Members. An A3 report within the Epic/Enabler is an appropriate approach. Here is an . STEP 3: Update Portfolio KanBan and Epics/Enablers contents within each card
STEP 4: Discuss with operations any different points of view and document. Change information if deemed necessary
STEP 5: Pass information in a CODA Doc to Operations so that they may continue enriching Epic or Enabler on a day to day basis
