Step 1: Import your Customer List

Go to

and paste in your customer list.

Step 2: Let AI Draft The Emails

Edit the prompt by changing the AI Assistant prompt in the Email Body column. You can press Fill to have it generate values for the entire table. If you don’t like an individual value, you can press the refresh button in the cell to ask AI to re-generate.

Bonus: Set up the Gmail Pack to Send Your Emails

The Gmail Pack in Coda lets you create drafts or send emails out of a doc. Since you already have the customer email, you can set this doc up to send the emails. To add the pack, press Insert in the top left and search for Gmail. If you want examples of other docs that use the Gmail pack, here’s a
