Previously, exec updates took a bunch of crazy spreadsheets, slides, and docs to get the same information across. Not only was this time-consuming, but as soon as the files got shared, they were soon out of date.
Now, every team can sync their updates into an “exec binder” with 1 synced page from each team. For example, the page is syncing from the Exec dashboard page in . Then, during weekly check-ins, execs can debrief on each team’s overall progress using the page.
This gives you the best of both worlds: The PDE teams get the autonomy to work how they want to, but in a way that gives visibility across the org.
