The Problem: Managing the company matrix
Every company seems to have some version of matrix - people and teams are organized in one way (perhaps by discipline, region, etc), while projects are organized a different way (by company goal, mission, theme, metric, etc).
The Solution: Give everyone their own view into the matrix
By modeling people and projects separately, your Coda doc can properly represent the current resource allocations so that you can rebalance with confidence.
Quickstart
1️⃣ Go to the section and replace the dummy data with your own projects (you only need to change the first 3 columns: "Name", "Description", "Status") 2️⃣ Head over to the section and replace the dummy data with your team members' info. The dropdown for "Role" in the table is driven by the table (so fill this in with your team's roles). 3️⃣ Head over to the table and assign the appropriate project to your team members along with their involvement in the project!
